Cook it in a pan with lots of butter and Greek seasoning, but don't overcook it. Delish! You can also cut cabbage into thin strips and make cole slaw out of it (with bell pepper, onion, bacon bits, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, seasoning, and yes I use Greek seasoning in it, too, and lots of mayo.
