Desires Of The Heart
April 1st, 2010It’s been a while since we’ve seen Layla, so I thought I’d bring her back. If you missed her first appearance you can find it here (although that was an earlier strip, so follow that link at your own risk).
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Layla, so I thought I’d bring her back. If you missed her first appearance you can find it here (although that was an earlier strip, so follow that link at your own risk).
So I started to put together the first book collection of As the Grass Grows. It’s gonna collect the first hundred and forty-some strips as well as some other stories of Gnorm that appeared in different books before it became a regular strip. Stay tuned for more info to come. The book will make it’s debut at the Baltimore Comicon in August.
Oh, second bit of news… I’ll be at the Baltimore Comicon in August. It’s not technically official yet, but they cashed my check, so I think that gives me the right to announce I’ll be there. I’ll be hanging out with my buddy Sean from My Robot Friends. He’s gonna have some cool stuff at the table too so check his site in the coming months for more details. And bring lots of money to buy our stuff
We’ll also be giving away free sketches, so if you’re poor you can still come say hi and get a free sketch.

Today’s strip is brought to you by your vocabulary word for the day:
“aplomb”: self-confidence or assurance.
Oddnik is my personal blog where I post artwork and talk about other projects I have going on.
